If you have selected a personal pick-up of your order at the EKCS office as a shipping option at the checkout, or you agreed with the RMA Customer Service to pick up your repaired PC, we will send you an email when your order is ready for you. To ensure someone is waiting for you at the preferred pickup time, please reply to the notification email with the date and time of the pickup.

Pickup can only be arranged within the opening office times. If you don't pick up your order within 14 days since the pickup notification email, we will, unfortunately, have to cancel your order and issue a full refund. If you've agreed to a pick of a repaired PC, after 14 days, we will ship it out to your address.
