Do I have to create a customer account to place an order?

You are welcome to create a customer account, however, it isn't mandatory. We recommend creating one as a customer account will provide you with helpful functions such as Order Overview, Order History, and Tracking Information. Additionally, it will simplify your RMA process should you need to return an item.

Please keep in mind we are not able to link orders with an account after the customer already placed their order.
