If you'd like to check the status of your order, the process varies based on whether or not you were logged into your account at the time of your order.
Logged in: If you were logged in when you placed the order, please log into your account and check the Order Status on your Account Dashboard. The statuses are described below:
- pending: we are awaiting payment for your order
- payment review: your payment is under review
- processing: we've received your payment and the order is being processed.
- completed: your order has been processed and shipped out
Guest checkout: If you were not logged in when placing your order, please submit a support ticket so we can look into your order for you. In the event that you already have an open request ticket, please allow us to review it and reply to it before you close it, as we will not be able to respond to it if the request is closed.
